1. Preventive maintenance: maintenance activities conducted according to the plan and technical conditions specified in advance to prevent equipment performance degradation or reduce the probability of equipment failure. According to the regular inspection records or operation of internal mixer equipment, if there are abnormal signs of main product quality and production efficiency, preventive repair and improvement shall be carried out before equipment failure.
2. Failure maintenance: Unplanned maintenance in case of equipment failure or performance degradation, also known as post maintenance.
3. Production maintenance: a maintenance method to improve the production efficiency of equipment based on economic benefits. It is treated according to the impact of equipment on production. The unimportant equipment shall be repaired after the event, and the key equipment shall be repaired in a preventive manner.
