(1) The service engineer shall contact the customer 20 minutes after receiving the task information and explain the handling measures to the customer by telephone.
(2) The time from receiving the service information to arriving at the site: no more than 6 hours in the surrounding areas of the city, no more than 24 hours across regions, and no more than 48 hours across provinces.
(3) 24-hour standby system for service engineers.
